1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999bg ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this platform ("user", "member", "you"). 999bg is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to Bangladeshi users.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

999bg currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.2 Payment Verification

All deposit and withdrawal transactions may require verification. 999bg reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request for security verification purposes. If there is a delay in providing required documents, processing time may increase.

3.3 Source of Funds Declaration

All funds deposited on the platform must come from a legitimate source and must be entirely the member's own money. Deposits made using a third party's account or payment method are prohibited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

999bg offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, 999bg reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• 999bg reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program

The 999bg VIP program has three tiers. Upon reaching each tier, weekly cashback and special benefits become available:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Cashback benefits are reviewed each week and are provided subject to applicable conditions. Detailed information about VIP benefits is communicated to members individually.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bg platform and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity ("multi-accounting").
• Exploiting any game bug or technical vulnerability.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity in collusion with other members ("collusion").
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.

If any fraud is suspected, 999bg reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and any withdrawal requests until the investigation is complete.

7 Gaming Services & Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the 999bg platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on chance and are not controlled by 999bg or any third party.
